Office yoga

Femke Lemstra studied Medicine at the University of Groningen and now works as a medical doctor and as a yoga teacher. Since several years, yoga has been a huge part of her life. 

When you practice yoga more often it will:

  • help in stressful situation
  • create more balance
  • dissolve chronic stress
  • create more awareness of breath, body and mind
  • help with a healthy posture 

What to expect in this workshop:

  • yoga using the chair as a prop.
