Communicate effectively and experience joy and energy
I saw friends of mine starting their PhDs and suddenly not being as happy and much more stressed compared to before. They approached me for advice and I started interviewing a number of PhD students to understand common challenges and worries. Based on that and to support PhD students, I am launching the Mindful Empowerment Group, which is a space for you to share, discuss, and be inspired.
In the PhD Day workshop, we will experience a part of what the Mindful Empowerment Group stands for. I will present effective mental attitudes that you can adopt to improve your communication and then we will do a simple yet extremely effective exercise to bring more energy and joy into your life. Throughout the workshop, we will be actively sharing and discussing.
