Marga Vos started working at Syncom in 1998 as Management Assistant and was responsible for general support of the management. In 2004 she became also responsible for some HR activities such as personal files end employment contracts. After obtaining a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management at the Hanze Hogeschool in 2012 she became HR-Officer and is responsible for all HR tasks within the organization such as recruitment, development and implementation of HR, advising the MT regarding HR and so on.
