Dr. Malvina Nissim is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Groningen. Malvina studied Linguistics and obtained her PhD at the University of Pisa. After positions at the University of Edinburgh, the CNR Institute in Rome and the University of Bologna, she found her way to the University of Groningen, where she focuses on computational linguistics and natural language processing. In 2016 she was awarded with the title “University of Groningen Lecturer of the Year” because of her enthusiastic, interactive and energetic way of teaching.
