Attending Companies and Organisations
The PhD Day is an annual event in Groningen that brings together PhD and Research Master students to broaden their research and career perspectives. Each year, it attracts hundreds of participants from across the Netherlands, making it one of the largest career events of its kind.
We gratefully acknowledge the generous support of our sponsors, whose contributions make this day possible. Their commitment helps us connect early-career researchers, academics, and industry professionals in an inspiring setting at the Feringa Building.
If your organisation is interested in partnering with us for the next edition, we would be delighted to hear from you. Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, and we are happy to discuss options that best align with your goals. Please contact the organising team for more information.

To this end, the KNG organizes monthly lectures from September through May by speakers active in scientific research. The topics of these lectures are selected from a wide range of research fields: mathematics, computer science, astronomy, physics, chemistry, environmental science, engineering and earth sciences, biology, pharmacy, and medical sciences. These lectures are usually held on the third Tuesday evening of the month at 8:00 PM at "Forum Groningen", Nieuwe Markt 1, Groningen.

Travel Into You
Ana Ferreira
Hello, my name is Ana Ferreira, I am originally from Portugal and currently live in Groningen, where I did my PhD many years ago. I spent 15 years working in scientific research in different countries. My background is in Biology and Medical Sciences.
After becoming a mother, my interest for personal development started to grow stronger and a new journey started for me. I followed a Coaching certification and a few other related studies in order to bring my new interests into a professional offer. I created Travel Into You with the purpose of supporting other scientists navigating their unique life paths, through personal development workshops, tools and coaching sessions.
I also work as a freelancer scientific consultant and keep my most important occupation: being a mother of 4 children.
