RUG attendees: You may be eligible to earn 1 ECT for attending the event. In addition, graduate schools often reimburse ticket costs via the training budget. Please contact your supervisor or graduate school for more information.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible through the official ticketing platform (Eventbrite). You may cancel your registration up to 21 days before the PhD Day for a full refund.
Please note that no refunds will be issued after this date.
